Quick and Easy Ginisang Togue

Ginisang Togue is our favorite vegetable recipe when we do not have the time to go to the "palengke". It is always available in groceries and it is very cheap.

Togue is also known as mung bean sprout. It is usually sauteed with carrots, bell pepper, shrimp, and tofu.
