Rhian's Tummy Escapade at Toho Antigua

After our Pangasinan trip, Rhian got sick for three days. To cope up with her weight lose we need to make sure her appetite gets back on track. For this weekend Rhian and my husband wanted to eat out – and both of them wanted to eat at Toho.

When we arrived the restaurant was full. There are a lot of families spending the Sunday together. It is a happy place.

Here is what we had for Sunday Lunch :)

Rhian originally wanted a Mango Shake, but it was not available so she opted for Lychee Shake. She was happy with it but it was not as perfect as the shake that we make at home. After a few minutes it became watery, but nonetheless it was still good for her taste.

I was planning to order fried chicken for her, but I decided to just have Pork Asado. It was good. It was way much better than the one we had at Lido. It was more juicy and tasty.

We also tried their Pancit Canton. The noodles were perfect. We will definitely order it again.

We wanted to have a little of everything so we ordered Halo. It was good as well, but of course our favorite part of the Halo was the Pork Asado. :)

We craved for some squid, so we ordered for some Calamares. It taste like the one
we make at home. It was not oily and chewy.

We tried the Crab Rice, it was like rice with egg. I thought it would be cooked in crab aligue, so maybe next time we will settle for the usual Yang Chow Rice.

Overall, we are happy with the food. It was worth it to wait in line to get accommodated.
