Ingredients:
500 grams ground beef or pork
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
chicken ginger stock
Malagkit Rice
Ordinary Rice
Cooking Time!
- In a food processor, grind onions.
- Add pork, cornstarch and egg until mixture is sticky.
- Boil water.
- Make meatballs using two spoons. Shape the mixture into balls.
- Drop the meatballs in boiling water.
- Once cooked, drain the meatballs and set aside.
- Add chicken stock in a casserole.
- Add malagkit rice and ordinary rice.
- Add salt and pepper to the congee to taste.
- Serve the congee with meatballs.
