Weekend Merienda: White Pancit



We love bihon, my daughter loves it so much she have it for breakfast three times a week. For this weekend -- with some carrots, cabbage, chicken and pork liver, we quickly sautéed  – White Pancit.

We call it ‘White Pancit’ since we do not add some soy sauce to the pancit, without the soy sauce, the vegetable and meat flavors is purely blended with the bihon.  :)

Ingredients:
Bihon
Cabbage
Carrots
Pork Liver (can be omitted for vegetarians)
Chicken Liver
Pork, Shrimp or Beef Cubes (can be omitted for vegetarians)
Water
Oil

Directions:
*Saute the meat and vegetables.
*Add some water with the cubed broth. Bring to boil.
*Add the bihon, stir once the water is absorbed completely
