T'was a long and tiring day, we were starving, and our energy
lever is critically low. After spending the entire day for the renewal of our
driver's license we were exhausted and hungry.
We were discussing what food to eat, and finally we realized we
are all craving for Crispy Pata. The nearest store where we could buy Crispy
Pata was at Lola Idang's Bahay Pancitan.
We dine in before at Lola
Idang and the food was great.
We ordered Pakbet, Crispy
Fried Chicken and Pancit Bihon.
But this time, we decided to have some Crispy Pata for dinner and a single
serve Pancit Malabon.

We used to cook Crispy
Pata, but it is labor intensive and time consuming. So every time we crave for
that fatty crunch we just drive by the nearby restaurant.

After 30
minutes the Crispy Pata is ready for take out. We stormed backed home and
cooked rice.

Then after that, we devoured the whole stuff. :)
